Shipping Policy

Introduction
This Shipping Policy explains how YOBHA ("YOBHA", "we", "us" or "our") ships orders placed on yobha.world (the "Website"). It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and our Cancellation, Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy.

1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to addresses within India.

2. Shipping Charges
Shipping is free on all orders. Any optional charges, such as express delivery or gift wrapping where offered, will be shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

3. Delivery Timelines
Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier operations, weather, public holidays, peak sale periods, incorrect address details, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email and SMS. You can also check your order status in the My Account section of the Website.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders. A COD handling fee of ₹30 applies and is shown as a separate charge at checkout. This fee is non-refundable once the order has been delivered.

6. Delivery Address
Please make sure your name, address, pincode and phone number are complete and correct at checkout. YOBHA is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, our team will contact you to arrange next steps.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@yobha.in. Include your order number along with photographs or an unboxing video. No return or restocking fee applies in these cases. We will not treat a damaged outer courier carton alone as a reason to decline a claim; our assessment focuses on the product, its tags, accessories and YOBHA packaging.
