YOBHA pieces are crafted with intention using refined plant-based and engineered fabrics designed to offer a silk-like fluidity without the use of animal derived silk. This guide has been created to help preserve the beauty, comfort and longevity of your garment.
Please always refer to the care instructions provided on the product page as these are tailored to the specific fabric and construction of each piece.
HAND WASHING
Our fabrics benefit from gentle handling and thoughtful care. Where possible, spot clean and allow garments to rest between wears. When washing is required, hand wash in cool water using a specialist mild detergent. Do not soak. Rinse gently and avoid wringing to maintain the fabric's structure and drape.
AIR DRYING & IRONING
Dry flat or hang with care away from direct heat or sunlight. Iron or steam on the lowest heat setting to restore a smooth finish and subtle sheen. For best results, iron on the reverse side or place a cotton cloth between the iron and the fabric.
DELICATE & KNIT FABRICS
Avoid excessive friction. If pilling occurs, refresh gently using an electric fabric shaver. Do not use abrasive tools or traditional fabric combs.
EMBELLISHED & SPECIAL PIECES
Garments featuring embroidery, embellishment, velvet or surface detailing require professional dry cleaning only. We do not recommend ironing these pieces. If necessary, steam lightly from a distance to protect the detailing.
CONSIDERED CARE
Reduced washing, air drying and gentle handling help extend the life of your garment while supporting a more considered approach to care. When dry cleaning is required, we recommend choosing an environmentally responsible cleaner.
